Groundworks completed the acquisition of Busy Dog Basement Technologies.

Groundworks, a foundation repair and water management solutions company, completed the acquisition of Busy Dog Basement Technologies, a provider of waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space, and remodeling services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
