Summit-backed Simply.TV, a video metadata provider, completed the acquisition of Content Discovery business of Red Bee Media, an international broadcasting and media services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Red Bee Media’s Content Discovery Business extends Simply.TV’s presence and capabilities in the U.S. market.
