Dominus Capital-backed Lockmasters completed the acquisition of Signals Defense.

Dominus Capital-backed Lockmasters, a locks, tools and hardware company, completed the acquisition of Signals Defense, a Maryland-based radio frequency and infrared shielding solutions company.
