Medicover completed the acquisition of Eastern Europe business from Synlab for $71m.

Medicover, a healthcare and diagnostic services company, completed the acquisition of Eastern Europe business from Synlab, a provider of medical diagnostic services, for €71m. “Through active portfolio management, we continuously review our activities, the strategic perspectives and future growth potential across our markets. As a result, we have decided to sell parts of our operations in our existing portfolio, as we see limited opportunities to further scale up in these geographic regions,” Mathieu Floreani, Synlab CEO.
