OQEMA Group completed the acquisition of Chimen.

OQEMA Group, a chemical distribution company, completed the acquisition of Chimen, a distributor of solvents, plasticizers and thinners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition strengthens our strategic presence in Southern Europe and allows us to further deepen our logistics capabilities in Italy.
