Centerview Capital-backed Castillo Hermanos to acquire Harvest Hill Beverage Company.

Centerview Capital-backed Castillo Hermanos, a multinational diversified business group, to acquire Harvest Hill Beverage Company, a beverage manufacturer best known for producing juice drinks and other non-carbonated beverages. Financial terms were not disclosed.
