Kanadevia Inova completed the acquisition of Matrix Power Services.

Kanadevia Inova, a Swiss clean-tech company, completed the acquisition of Matrix Power Services, a US-based full service power plant contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The new team provides us with an incredible penetration rate in the North American service market. Our efforts will now be directed at increasing the intensity of the work we do for the existing customer base,” Thomas Feilenreiter, Kanadevia Inova Senior Executive.
