IK Partners-backed Mupro to acquire MSS Building Services.

IK Partners-backed Mupro, a company specialized in manufacturing and distributing of pipe fixing systems, agreed to acquire MSS Building Services, a specialist distributor of advanced support systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome MSS to the MÜPRO family.
