Primeco Realty, a company active in real estate development, completed the acquisition of Alexandrite ITP Development Private Limited, a private company engaged in real estate development projects, Ondot Corporate Services Private Limited, a private company providing corporate services and business support solutions, and Krishil Whitealpha Private Limited, a private IT/technology company specializing in software development. Financial terms were not disclosed.
