Franklin Templeton led a $575m funding round in Plaid, an American financial services company based in San Francisco, with participation from Fidelity Management and Research, NEA and Ribbit Capital. he proceeds of this round will be used to address employee tax withholding obligations related to the conversion of expiring RSUs to shares, and to offer some liquidity to our current team.
