Extens-backed Imagine Human, a provider of software, advice, and service to improve the quality of life at work, risk prevention, and support for HR policies, completed the acquisition of Saphir Consult, a quality management consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition is a key milestone in our group’s ambitious international growth strategy.
