Aveanna Healthcare to acquire Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care from Summit Partners.

Aveanna Healthcare, a diversified home care platform focused on providing care to medically complex, high-cost patient populations, agreed to acquire Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, one of the largest independent providers of pediatric home care, from Summit Partners, a private equity firm.
