Cicor Group completed the acquisition of MADES from Latecoere for $34m.

Cicor Group, a provider of full-cycle electronic solutions, completed the acquisition of MADES, which provides high-reliability electronic systems for the defense, aerospace, automotive, industrial, and medical sectors from Latecoere, a company that specializes in aerostructures and interconnection systems for the aerospace industry, for $34m. "Latecoere will provide further market disclosure upon closing of the transaction, which is subject to conditions precedent, including the approval by the Spanish Council of Ministers pursuant to defense foreign direct investment regulations (which is anticipated during H2 2025)," Latecoere statement.
