Chiesi Group completed the acquisition of production plant in Nerviano of Orofino Pharmaceuticals Group for €430m.

Chiesi Group, a research-oriented international biopharmaceutical group, completed the acquisition of production plant in Nerviano of Orofino Pharmaceuticals Group, a company that offers contract manufacturing and development services for the pharmaceutical industry, for €430m. "We chose Nerviano for its strategic value and the potential offered by the industrial area, which we will transform into a center of excellence for the production of next-generation inhalers. This investment strengthens our presence in Italy and Europe, consolidating our leading role in the sector and creating new growth opportunities for the local community. It also complements our significant commitment to the Parma area, particularly with the recent inauguration of the Biotech Center," Giuseppe Accogli, Chiesi Group CEO.
