Visionary Training Resources, a virtual reality software design company specializing in pilot training solutions, agreed to merge with Reaction Simulation, a developer of immersive simulation training systems intended to enhance decision-making and performance and improve airline distance learning effectiveness. Financial terms are not disclosed. "We are passionate about building high-performance, immersive platforms for pilot training.
