Eleda completed the acquisition of Signalbolaget.

Eleda, an infrastructure development and services provider in Sweden, completed the acquisition of Signalbolaget, a specialized technical service provider for the Swedish and Norwegian railway sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a big step for us and proof of the fantastic work Signalbolaget has done in recent years. Through Eleda we gain access to new resources, a broader network of expertise and more development opportunities, both as a company and individuals. We look forward to continuing to develop Signalbolaget and at the same time contributing to Eleda's investment in railways," Olga Selin, Signalbolaget CEO.
