Eurovo completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Two Chicks.

Eurovo, an Italian producer of eggs and egg products, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Two Chicks, a UK-based company specializing in liquid egg white products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to become part of the Eurovo family business, which clearly shares the same values, passion, and spirit as our own.
