Mitiska REIM completed the acquisition of Cora.

Mitiska REIM, Europe's leading specialist investor in convenience real estate, completed the acquisition of Cora, the Belgian company operating seven hypermarkets in Belgium. Financial terms were not disclosed. At the beginning of 2026, Galimmo , which owns and manages the Cora hypermarkets, will sell them to the real estate fund manager Mitiska REIM and the brand will disappear in Belgium. The Belgian buyer (Dilbeek), which has a large commercial real estate portfolio, will renovate the current Cora sites, ideally located, into smaller units which will then be re-let to its usual commercial partners.
