Arla Foods to merge with DMK Group.

Arla Foods, an international cooperative that produces and sells dairy products worldwid, agreed to merge with DMK Group, a provider of a range of products, from milk based products and cheese to milk based industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The foundation of this partnership is formed by our shared values, and I am immensely proud of this proposed merger, which is a win-win for our cooperatives.
