Medicover completed the acquisition of CityFit.

Medicover, a multinational hospitals chain in Europe and India, completed the acquisition of CityFit, an operator of fitness clubs in Poland. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is in line with Medicover’s strategy to expand its sport and wellness offering.
