Nordwind Growth-backed DriveLock, a German IT security company, completed the acquisition of idgard, a secure cloud computing solution designer, from TÜV SÜD Group-backed UNiSCON, a provider of cloud security solutions. Financial terms are not disclosed. “This is an important step for DriveLock to further expand our platform and offer our customers even more comprehensive security. The combination of our endpoint protection solutions with idgard's secure data transfer technologies in the cloud enables companies and organizations to implement an end-to-end security strategy.
