Wynnchurch Capital-backed FCA to acquire Viking Packing Specialist.

Wynnchurch Capital-backed FCA, a manufacturer of customized industrial protective packaging solutions, agreed to acquire Viking Packing Specialist, a provider of custom industrial packaging solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to expand FCA’s industry-leading product expertise with the addition of Viking’s reputation and capabilities in dangerous goods packaging. This acquisition allows FCA to better serve our customers nationwide while also expanding our presence and product offerings to customers in the Tulsa, Austin, and Dallas markets,” David Wilsted, FCA CEO.
