Inspirit Capital completed the acquisition of Watson Fuels from World Kinect Corporation.

Inspirit Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Watson Fuels, aUK-based fuel distribution company, from World Kinect Corporation, a global energy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Watson Fuels is a well-established business with a strong market presence and a trusted brand.
