PharmaLogic to acquire Agilera Pharma from Institute for Energy Technology.

PharmaLogic, a pharma company, agreed to acquire Agilera Pharma, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, from Institute for Energy Technology, a research institute within energy, health and industrial development. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With PharmaLogic as a new owner beside IFE, this will enable further investments in the business... and achieve faster adaptation to the promising market opportunities," Erik Flatmark, Agilera Pharma CEO.
