Prada to acquire Versace from Capri for $1.375bn.

Prada, a company specializing in high-end fashion and luxury goods, agreed to acquire Versace, an iconic Italian fashion house, from Capri Holdings, a global fashion group, for $1.375bn. "Versace is an iconic Italian fashion luxury house founded 46 years ago by Gianni Versace and further developed under the creative vision of Donatella Versace...
