Wind Point Partners completed the acquisition of Sigma.

Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Sigma, a provider of waterworks infrastructure products including fittings, pipe restraints, municipal construction castings, polymer enclosures and accessories for the water, wastewater and other critical infrastructure sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. Headquartered in Cream Ridge, N.J., Sigma operates an expansive North American network, utilizing 14 strategically-located facilities to serve over 1,800 customer locations across the United States and Canada.
