PensionDanmark, a labor market pension fund, led a €21.5m Series A round in Sparrow Quantum, a photonic quantum chip developer, with participation from Novo Holdings, EIFO, 2XN, LiftT, and European Innovation Council. “Quantum technology can open an entirely new world of solutions to complex problems... we see a clear potential for the investment to yield an attractive return while benefiting the national economy and Danish industry,” Peter Stensgaard Mørch, PensionDanmark CEO.
