Unimax to acquire RSSW Division from Macpek.

Unimax, a company specializing in tire distribution for passenger and light trucks, is set to acquire the RSSW division, a company focused on alloy and steel wheel distribution, from Macpek, a company specializing in the distribution of heavy vehicle parts. Financial terms were not disclosed.
