Unimax completed the acquisition of the RSSW division of Macpek.

Unimax, a company specializing in tire distribution for passenger and light trucks, completed the acquisition of the RSSW division of Macpek, a company specializing in the distribution of heavy-duty vehicle parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition supports our vision of being a leader in Canada in tire distribution by adding this relevant offering of complementary products for our customers.
