L Catterton-backed Trajano Iberia completed the acquisition of Nosso Shopping Shopping Centre from DWS Group for €78.83m.

L Catterton-backed Trajano Iberia, a real estate investment trust firm, completed the acquisition of Nosso Shopping Centre, a large shopping and leisure center, from DWS Group, an asset management firm, for €78.83m. "It's an iconic building in the city due to its architecture, with three floors and anchored by the most important operators in Portugal, including the main brands of the Inditex group, Tous, FNAC, Sportzone, Tiffosi, the Alcampo hypermarket, Nos cinemas and restaurant groups," Trajano statement.
