Eastern Slope to acquire Strasburg Telephone from TDS.

Eastern Slope, a provider of broadband and voice services, agreed to acquire Strasburg Telephone, a local Telecommunications Carrier, from TDS, a provider of telecommunications services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As the local Cooperative broadband service provider in surrounding areas, this purchase allows us to expand our reach into the Strasburg community and provide the same excellent service that we provide to our current members.
