Altamont Capital Partners-backed Hadron completed the acquisition of The Guarantee Company of North America from Atlantic Specialty Insurance.

Altamont Capital Partners-backed Hadron, which provides insurance capacity to select MGUs, completed the acquisition of The Guarantee Company of North America, which offers insurance solutions, from Atlantic Specialty Insurance, a New York insurer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In just over 18 months since launch, they've accomplished what peers typically take five or more years to build — achieving diversified scale and strong operational foundations,” Sam Gaynor, Altamont Capital Partners Managing Director.
