Interactive Investor Services to acquire the retail execution-only brokerage business of Jarvis Securities for £11m.

Interactive Investor Services, a low cost, award winning, online investment platform, agreed to acquire the retail execution-only brokerage business of Jarvis Securities, a provider of stockbroking and administration services and solutions, for £11m. The transaction will exclude a small number of out-of-scope customers, who JIML will contact shortly to assist with the transfer to a provider of their choice.
