Delen Private Bank to acquire Servatus Vermogensmanagement.

Delen Private Bank, a Belgian bank that specialises in wealth management, agreed to acquire Servatus Vermogensmanagement, an asset management firm that specializes in managing and advising wealthy families on their overall financial condition.
