Cannatrek, one of Australia’s medicinal cannabis companies, completed the acquisition of the product business of Heyday Medical, a producer of medicinal cannabis products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Having the Heyday team and product portfolio join with Cannatrek is a great opportunity for both companies. We see the potential to substantially grow the Heyday brand and product range, and are looking forward to working closely with Phoebe and Jim to grow the business as a whole,” Brent Dennison, Cannatrek Chairman.
