Sixth Street, a global investment firm, led a $63m Series C round in Luma Financial Technologies, a provider of the independent, multi-issuer platform for structured products and annuities, with participation from Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, UBS, and TD Bank Group. “This investment is a testament to the confidence our partners have in the value Luma brings to the market and the strength of the foundation we’ve built.
