Digital Utilities Ventures, a modular technology company, agreed to acquire Easy Modular Manufacturing, a manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As DUTV prepares for a new phase of commercialization and investor engagement, achieving full ownership of Easy Modular Manufacturing helps ensure that the value created from our manufacturing operations accrues entirely to our shareholders.
