Stefanini Group to acquire a 60% stake in Escala 24x7.​

Stefanini Group, a Brazil-based global technology solutions provider, announced its agreement to acquire a 60% stake in Escala 24x7, a US-based AWS Premier Consulting Partner with a strong presence in Latin America. Financial terms were not disclosed.
