Paragon Partners, a private equity firm completed the acquisition of Schell, an international company in fittings and water management systems for public and commercial sanitary facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By handing over our company to Paragon, we ensure that our company will remain stable in the long term and continue to operate successfully in the future. The new owners will actively continue the existing growth strategy,” Andrea and Joachim Schell, Schell shareholders.
