SENKO completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in PDS.

SENKO, a transportation company, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in PDS, a logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The SENKO Group and PDS are aiming to take a pro-active approach to achieving new businesses such as modal shift and frozen/refrigerated logistics in India in the future, through cooperation between the two companies.
