Genesis Advertising completed the acquisition of Puretech Digital.

Genesis Advertising, a communication solution provider, completed the acquisition of Puretech Digital, a Mumbai-based independent digital marketing agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We tried digital business but did not make much headway. We do brand, strategy, creativity, activation while Puretech has expertise in digital media, growth marketing, influencer marketing,” Ujjal Sinha, Genesis Advertising Founder and MD.
