Ares Management completed the acquisition of Epika Fleet Services.

Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager, completed the acquisition of Epika Fleet Services, mobile-focused provider of preventative maintenance and repair services for commercial trucking fleets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
