TPG Newquest completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Indochina Academy from Navis Capital.

TPG Newquest, a private equity completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Indochina Academy, an early childhood and K-12 schools group in Southeast Asia, from Navis Capital, pan-Asian private equity. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to have completed this transaction, which enables the distribution of liquidity to our existing LPs while securing fresh capital to drive the next stage of growth for these exceptional businesses.
