Azuria to acquire TSW Utility Solutions, AM-Liner East and C.K. Masonry.

Azuria, a provider of water and wastewater infrastructure services, agreed to acquire TSW Utility Solutions, a utility infrastructure services company, AM-Liner East, a company specializing in trenchless pipe rehabilitation, and C.K. Masonry, a company offering masonry services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Azuria continues its focus on quality and comprehensive services for our customers. The addition of these great companies enhances our capabilities and creates more opportunities for our team members,” Rob Tullman, Azuria President and CEO.
