Knovia Group completed the acquisition of Babington from Unigestion.

Knovia Group, is the market-leading commercial training business backed by Sovereign Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Babington, a national training provider, delivering apprenticeships, professional qualifications and commercial training, from Unigestion, an investment management company.
