Unimetal completed the acquisition of CS Additive and CS Services.

Unimetal, a Dutch subsidiary of the international Unimetal Group, completed the acquisition of CS Additive, manufacturer of carburising products for the iron and steel industry, and CS Services, a service provider company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition marks a strategic step in Unimetal’s continued expansion in the European market and reinforces its position in the field of advanced metallurgical materials.
