Shackleton backed by Sovereign Capital Partner completed the acquisition of IM Asset Management and TWP Wealth, from Irwin Mitchell Group.

Shackleton, a chartered wealth manager backed by Sovereign Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of IM Asset Management, a financial planning and investment advisory firm, and TWP Wealth, an independent financial planning company, from Irwin Mitchell Group, a law firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome the highly experienced IMAM and TWP teams to the Shackleton Group.
