Equitix completed the acquisition of Bio Capital from Helios Energy Investments.

Equitix, a company developing and managing global infrastructure assets, completed the acquisition of Bio Capital, an independent power producer, from Helios Energy Investments, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted with this additional investment into Bio Capital, a business which we have supported from inception, and will now steward as the sole Shareholder in the next chapter of its growth.
