SGS completed the acquisition of Carpedia International.

SGS, a company operating in the testing, inspection, and certification industry, completed the acquisition of Carpedia International, a global management consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome the talented team of Carpedia International to SGS.
