Funecap completed the acquisition of the crematoria operations of CVS Group for £42m.

Funecap, a third-party European funeral services and infrastructure provider, completed the acquisition of the crematoria operations of CVS Group, a UK listed veterinary group, for £42m. Funecap will provide clinical waste disposal and cremation services to CVS practices and clients following completion.
