Specialist Risk Group to acquire the Credit & Political Risk Reinsurance business of Tysers.

Specialist Risk Group, a company specializing in specialist insurance broking, is set to acquire the Credit & Political Risk re/insurance business from Tysers, an independent Lloyd’s broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The decision by Tysers to move away from this area of specialism was made easy by SRG’s willingness to accommodate our world-class team and their commitment to invest for the future,” Tom Wilson, Tysers CEO.
